We keep things simple—but like all good relationships, we’ve got a few house rules. This page covers everything you need to know before placing a wholesale order with Skinsations.
This page outlines our wholesale policies to ensure a smooth, transparent relationship from your first order to your hundredth. Please take a moment to review the details below before placing an order. If you have any questions, we’re here to help.

Program Eligibility
Wholesale access is available to licensed retailers, spas, boutiques, salons, eCommerce stores, and professional resellers.
All applicants must provide a valid business license, seller’s permit, or resale certificate during account setup. We reserve the right to approve accounts at our discretion to ensure brand alignment and protect our existing partners.
Please Note: We do not offer wholesale accounts to individuals or businesses intending to resell Skinsations on public marketplaces — including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms — without prior written approval.

Minimum Order Requirements
We’ve made it easy to get started—no case packs, no large commitments, just a clear and flexible structure designed for real-world retail needs.

Wholesale Pricing
Our wholesale pricing is designed to reward growth. Pricing is tiered by quantity, meaning the more of a specific product you order, the greater your per-unit discount. Discounts range from 25% to 50% off retail, with clear quantity breakpoints per SKU. In addition, we offer cart-wide bonus discounts for larger wholesale orders:
These bonuses stack on top of your product-level discounts, giving you more margin as your business grows. Some exclusions may apply on low-margin items.

Shipping & Fulfillment
All wholesale orders are processed and shipped from our Chandler, Arizona warehouse. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. During peak periods, processing times may vary slightly, but we always aim to keep things moving efficiently.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs for wholesale orders under $1500 are calculated at checkout using live carrier rates based on your order’s total weight and destination. We currently ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, and we pass along our discounted rates directly to you—no inflated fees or flat-rate guesswork.
💡 We recommend shipping to commercial addresses whenever possible to reduce costs.
If live rates are unavailable at checkout, a fallback rate based on order weight will be applied to ensure timely processing.
Free Shipping Threshold
Wholesale orders totaling $1500 or more (before tax and discounts) ship free within the continental U.S. This threshold helps offset the cost of shipping heavier products like oils while rewarding larger stock-up orders.

Payment Terms
All wholesale orders are prepaid at checkout unless net terms have been arranged. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Shop Pay. At this time, we do not offer COD payments.
Net 15 or Net 30 terms may be extended to approved partners after an initial order history is established. Please contact us if you’re interested in applying for terms.
Returns, Damages & Defects
We do not accept returns on unsold or overstock items. All wholesale sales are considered final.
If an order arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing issue, we ask that you notify us within 5 business days of receipt. Please include a description and photo(s) of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to replace or credit affected items.
Our goal is always to ensure your shelves stay stocked with products you’re proud to display and sell.
MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) Policy
To maintain a consistent brand image and ensure healthy margins for all of our retail partners, select Skinsations products are subject to a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.
Retailers must not publicly advertise these items below the stated MAP on any sales channels, including their own websites, social media, or third-party platforms. This helps protect your profit margins and reinforces the premium positioning of our brand.

Violations of our MAP Policy may result in temporary suspension or permanent revocation of wholesale privileges.
Marketplace & Online Resale Policy
To preserve the integrity of the Skinsations brand—and to protect the value of our products for all of our retail partners—we have strict guidelines regarding where and how our products may be sold online.
❌ Prohibited Sales Channels
These restrictions apply regardless of whether the listing is under your business name, a pseudonym, or a third party acting on your behalf.
Violations of this policy will result in immediate suspension of wholesale access and may result in permanent termination of your account.
✅ Permitted Sales Channels
Approved wholesale customers may sell Skinsations products in the following channels:
Your business name and website must be disclosed during registration. If you operate under multiple store names or platforms, please list them all so we can review them for approval.

📩 Requesting Marketplace Approval
If you would like to sell Skinsations products on a marketplace platform, you must receive written permission in advance. Please email us at support@skinsations.shop with:
Approvals are granted on a case-by-case basis and may include additional requirements such as MAP enforcement, professional photography, and brand alignment.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order enters processing or has been packed for shipment, we are unable to make changes or accept cancellations.
If you notice an issue after placing your order, please reach out right away—we’re happy to help if we can catch it in time.
