DO I NEED A PHYSICAL STOREFRONT?

No. We work with qualified brick-and-mortar and online retailers. Online-only businesses must sell through their own approved retail website; resale through third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, TikTok is not permitted.

What retail margins can I expect?

Wholesale pricing is structured to provide approximately 25–50% retail margins, depending on order volume and pricing tier.

What’s the minimum order to qualify for wholesale pricing?

New wholesale accounts have a $150 minimum opening order. Reorders have a $75 minimum.

How fast is shipping?

Most wholesale orders ship within 1–2 business days. Large orders may require a longer lead-time.

How do you calculate shipping?

Wholesale shipping is calculated at checkout using live carrier rates based on order weight, package size, and destination. We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx and pass along our discounted commercial rates—no inflated flat-rate shipping fees.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

We take great care packing your order, but if anything arrives damaged, please email us within 5 business days with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or credit the affected items promptly.

No. Skinsations wholesale accounts may not resell our products on third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
