How fast is shipping?

Most wholesale orders ship within 1–2 business days. Large orders may require a longer lead-time.

How do you calculate shipping?

Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated at checkout using live carrier rates, based on your order’s total weight, box size, and shipping destination. We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, and pass along our discounted commercial rates directly—no inflated flat rates or surprise fees.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

We take great care packing your order, but if anything arrives damaged, please email us within 5 business days with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or credit the affected items promptly.
