Who is eligible to register?

What’s the minimum order to qualify for wholesale pricing?

All wholesale orders must meet a $100 minimum subtotal (before taxes and shipping). This applies to both initial and repeat orders. You can mix and match SKUs to meet the minimum.

Why do you require a $100 minimum?

The $100 minimum ensures we can process and fulfill your order efficiently, while still offering low per-SKU requirements and fast turnaround. It also helps us serve serious retail buyers and protects pricing structure.

How fast is shipping?

Most wholesale orders ship within 1–2 business days. Large orders may require a longer lead-time.

How do you calculate shipping?

Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated at checkout using live carrier rates, based on your order’s total weight, box size, and shipping destination. We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, and pass along our discounted commercial rates directly—no inflated flat rates or surprise fees.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

We take great care packing your order, but if anything arrives damaged, please email us within 5 business days with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or credit the affected items promptly.

Where are Skinsations products made?

All products are made, filled, labeled, and packed in our GMP compliant Chandler, Arizona facility.

Can I request samples before placing a larger order?

Yes, for a small fee you can request a wholesale sampler pack after registration approval.
